Students availing Transport facility need to fill up the transport form and are advised to abide by the following Rules & Regulations :-

• School shall not be held responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to the breakdown of the vehicle or any other reasons beyond control of the school.
• Bus timing should be maintained by the students. They must reach five minutes (5 min.) before the scheduled time at the pick and drop points or else the school won’t be held responsible for their inconvenience.
• At the time of Orissa bandh, Bharat Bandh or Local Bandh etc. the school will not be able to give any transport facility to the students.
• This is the first and foremost duty of the students going and coming by bus to see that the bus or any thereof is not tempered.
• If any student is found playing mischief in the bus, will be penalized after information to the parents.
• Bus charges will have to be paid during the month.
• The name of the student will be struck off from the list on nonpayment of bus fee for 2 consecutive months.
• Delay in payment of bus charges will attract bus late fee as per rules.
• Re-admission will be made by partial fine of Rs.100/- (Refer Transport Rules for details).
• Transport facility once given to a student cannot be discontinued in the middle of the session without prior application and approval by school authority.
